We offer three types of collaboration:
Interim Recruiting (End to End):
An experienced recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of selected positions over a defined period of time. The end-to-end approach means that we take care of all steps from the advertisement to the initial contract offer.
Active Sourcing as a Service:
Our team will be more than happy to search for suitable candidates on all possible platforms and channels. For this, we agree a fixed number of hours in which an experienced team colleague searches the market and provides you with pre-qualified profiles.
Traditional commission-based search:
Our core business is the above-mentioned types of cooperation. However, if our capacity allows, we are also happy to search for individual positions for you and charge you a commission per placement.
